David B. Carolan, CEO
With over 30 years of executive leadership, coaching, and technology start-up experience, David guides teams as they expand into markets offering best-in-class methods of improving business, organizations, and individuals. He holds a doctorate of ministry and conducts research on joy and transformation as an active coach and advisor. His insights into human nature, neuroscience, and performance are sought after within both the marketplace and Christian communities. Before PX12, David launched and led more than a dozen companies, two of which became publicly traded.
Ron Torchia, CTO
With over 35 years of system, software, and enterprise architecture design, Ron leads the technical team toward building an effective performance thinking-enhancing platform. His experience includes aerospace, automotive, telecommunications, and infrared, including a stint in the B-2 Bomber flight controls design and software teams. Ron was part of the mission control team for the first test flights of the B-2 before it was handed off to the Air Force. As a full-stack developer, he has designed software from low-level embedded systems to cloud-based enterprise systems.
