Most of Doug’s career has been spent in wireless, building and leading sales and sales operation organizations. He launched the first wireless retail stores in multiple markets across the US, created the first exclusive dealer contracts, and participated in the initial iPhone launch. Doug was also part of the team that put the first cell phone on a naval vessel (John F. Kennedy aircraft carrier).
For the past 10 years, Doug has worked in various sales leadership and business development roles across multiple verticals focused on improving sales, sales operations, performance management, go-to-market strategy, hiring, and coaching.
His passions are performance management, hiring, and coaching. He is a University of Richmond Spider and lives in Atlanta. He has been married to Wendy for 33 years and leads several men’s ministries in the Atlanta area.
